What about the compulsory insurance for ten-year liability?

The insurance obligation applies to all construction projects for which the urban planning permit was definitively approved after 1 July 2018. Only contractors, architects and other service providers in the construction sector who perform services or works that realize the closed carcass are subject to this insurance obligation. Installer's techniques are not part of this.
