On our roads, many mistakes are still made every day in connection with mobile phone use behind the wheel. This bad habit causes at least 50 deaths every year.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Large-scale research by the Vias Traffic Institute<\/p>

To get a picture of our mobile phone use in the car, the Vias Traffic Institute collected data as part of a large-scale European study. To get a representative picture, all data were compared with data from 2013.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

A lot has changed since 2013, also on a digital level. For example, we are increasingly calling with a hands-free kit. But by scrolling, sending messages and reading, we look much more in the direction of our smartphone, and that is a lot more dangerous.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
