Valentina was born 45 years ago in Romania. Meanwhile, Valentina has been living in Bruges for 15 years and she has already mastered the Dutch language.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Can you tell us more about your role at D'hondt Insurance?<\/h5>

\n\t\t\t

I started as an administrator for the damage and production department in the transport division, since 2021 I only do production. This not only for Belgian customers but also for French-speaking and Romanian customers.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

What is the best part of your job?<\/h5>
<\/div>\n\t
\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t

The fact that I can speak my own language every day and that I can sense that the customers appreciate this enormously. The relationships with the insurance companies abroad also give me great satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

What is your most memorable anecdote from your career at D'hondt Insurance?<\/h5>

The day our CEO Kurt D'hondt asked me to organise a visit to several insurance companies in Romania. We then went to Romania together with Kurt and Mathias de Croock. This was a unique experience for me.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

What do you like to do besides work?<\/h5>

\n\t\t\t

Besides work, I do yoga, love travelling and spending time with my family.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

I was hired to serve the Romanian customers. My assignment was to optimise the communication with the Romanian insurers and customers.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

I started with a solid portfolio of customers and I am pleased that they are still customers because of our services.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
